MBSR

 

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the practise of learning to be in the present. It can help in managing anxiety about the past or future and deal with stress caused by an overloaded mind and body. MBSR can lead to a greater feeling of self worth and fullfillment, improved memory and empathy with others. Practised regularly ,it can also contribute to an overall sense of positivity and happiness.

The treatment offered is a one-to-one practical guidance session in ways to reduce stress and anxiety with gentle self help techniques. This includes breathwork, stretching, relaxation, releasing, guided meditation and general wellbeing support. It can also include some nurturing hand, foot or scalp massage or Reiki and Sound Healing as required.
