*30 mins. Head, Neck and Shoulders treatments are offered in an upright seated position using a padded table top unit to support the head. Particularly beneficial for neck and shoulder tension and recurrent headaches. 

** Rhythm Mobility is a nurturing treatment whereby the whole body is rocked while lying down to release tight spinal muscles. Particularly effective for lower back and pelvic discomfort. Can help release trapped nerves associated with conditions such as sciatica.

Remedial and deep tissue work are assessed during the first visit and an individual treatment plan recommended.

Massage and Reflexology are most effective with regular treatments and so booking the next session in advance is encouraged.

A free text or email reminder service is offered for repeat appointments.

Gift vouchers are available which can be posted at an additional P&P charge of £1.00.
